    Magpanatili at magbuo ng sistematiko, segurado at metikulosong prosesong pagkolekta ng mga dokumento at impormasyon (requirements) ng ating mga kliyente, kaakibat ng pagbili ng kanilang tahanan.

  • Accounting

    Masiguro ang maayos at pulidong inward at outward cash flow, pati na ang masinop, matipid at mapanuring pagbabantay sa pangkabuuang aspektong pinansyal (matalinong paggasta at mabisang pagkolekta) at resources ng Kompanya.

  • I.T.

    Maisagawa ang mga komprehensibong sistema at programa na makatutugon sa kinakailangang information technology, computerization at digitalization requirements upang mapanatili ang credible at stable status ng Kompanya.

  • Human Resources

    Pangunahan ang pagbuo ng mga positibo at produktibong polisiya at programa na nakasentro sa pangkabuuang kapakanan o general welfare ng ating mga empleyado, masiguro ang employee engagement sa lahat ng panahon at mapanatili ang kulturang family spirit sa bawat pagkakataon.

  • Corporate Development

    Makapaglungsad at makapagpatupad ng mga programa at polisiyang makapagpapatibay sa pangkalahatang relasyon ng Kompanya patungo sa mga homeowners, external parties at iba pa – nang masigurong maihatid ang serbisyong tatak-APEC Homes: may integridad at maasahan.
